My Pledge to God, My Teachers, My Friends, and Myself

As a student, I pledge to follow the following classroom rules.

1. I pledge to respect myself, my friends, my teachers, and other adults at all times.
2. I pledge to see God in all my friends; therefore, I will be friendly with my fellow classmates.
3. I pledge to listen courteously when others are talking.
4. I pledge to work quietly so as not to disturb others.
5. I pledge to be prepared for class every day.
6. I pledge to cooperate and share with others.

As a parent, I have read the classroom rules' pledge.

I will encourage my child to follow these rules. I understand that if my child does not abide to these rules, he/she will receive a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, I will be notified by e-mail, a note or a phone call. However, if the behavior does not improve at all, a conference with the principal will be arranged to discuss further options that might help resolve the problem.
