Thank you for visiting the CTK Giving page. CTK now offers a safe and secure way to make donations through PayPal. Please fill out the form with the required fields. For the donation amount enter the dollar amount without the dollar sign, or any cents (50 for $50). Once the form is completed, you will be presented with a summary page of your gift. If the informaiton is correct, click on the" Confirm" button. You will then get a confirmation page with a button to "Proceed to Payment:. That will take you to PayPal where you will enter your form of payment information. PayPal accepts credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal Payments if you have a PayPal account. You will receive two email receipts, one from FormSmarts (our form processor) and one from PayPal.
